Processing
- For ready to ship pieces, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, plus shipping time.
- For made to order pieces, please allow 10 business days for processing, plus shipping time. Made to order pieces will typically ship the same day they are completed.
- Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day.
- We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
- During peak and holiday seasons, there may be processing and shipping delays.
- Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for order processing time.
- We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Domestic US Shipping
- Shipping is complimentary for all Park Gems orders in the United States.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information and your carrier information.

Signature Requirement
- Orders valued $1000+ USD may require a signature upon delivery.
- Orders that are not signed for and returned to sender will require a $10 re-shipping fee to be sent back to the customer.
